The room was beautiful and vibrant with a balcony, and they offered wake-up service; also, the central location was a definite highlight.

Authentic economy double room, the service was exemplary. I enjoyed the room with exceptional view of vesuvius, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was super in a lovely area, just off Capri and the Amalfi coast, Sorrento / Naples, and the centre of sorrento with a train close by.

The position of the Hotel was unique with a great view over the sea. Another impressing thing to experience was the pool hanging over the cliff. The design of the hotel was impressive combining classic with modern. The rooms were clean. The staff at the reception was excellent allways offering guidance and tourist information. The free parking at the ground floor helped a lot and worked in favor compared to other hotels in the area. It is definitelly recomended amongst couples
For the price we paid it should have offered warm plates during breakfast. Eggs or fried bacon you had to pay extra.

It is a perfect place for a honeymoon trip, with LOVELY views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. the junior suite includes a mini bar, balcony, and coffee availability. - Perfect and wonderful breakfast with a lot of goodies. - Great location in Vico Equense, close to the train station to Sorrento and shuttle service down to Vico Equense, as well as Capri where there is more choice on times. - A such wonderful way to end my trip.

The staff were very helpful and always polite. Great views to relax to & super dining at all times of the day.
A greater number general sitting areas to enjoy the views & relaxed atmosphere of the hotel would help improve the hotel. The hotel is very private & information about the local facilities (eg. beach, sports, dining, boating) would have been very helpful. The delux rooms do not seem to have stand up showers so patrons with limited mobility should ask in advance

The hotel views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was very accommodating, making our honeymoon stay a relaxing and romantic one. They arranged tours from nearby Sorrento and local transportation to restaurants and sights every night. The hotel is new, immaculate and beautifully designed, with every detail in mind.
The restaurant was closed for the season, so we had to go out for meals other than breakfast. This was fine, because it gave us a chance to eat at some lovely restaurants around Vico Equense and Sorrento during our stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, couldn't fault them. Gorgeous pool area and bar overloking the sea. very cleam, if small, room. Michelin starred restaurant was wonderful.
Would have liked a gym, but they can arrange tennis nearby

The view and the grounds were stunning and the proximity to the ferry jetty was also very convenient to go to Sorrento and Capri.
The bedrooms were smaller than I would normally get in a 5 star hotel (ours was room 518).

The staff were great
The hotel is certainly not a 5 star, far from it. The facilities were extremely poor. Certainly not as advertised. We were there the first weekend of April and it should not have been open to the public. There was no restaurant, no bar, no lounge, the pool was empty. The breakfast was extremely basic, in fact if there was anywhere near to go to, we would have gone out for breakfast. It should not be advertised as Sorrento. It is a long drive to Sorrento and very difficult to get to if you do not have a car. You cannot just go for a drink or a bite to eat. I do not think the place has a lot positives at all.The superior double rooms are very small and basic.
